The No Vacancy Inn x New Balance 850 is the joining of forces between the multifaceted creative outlet and New Balance on the heritage running shoe. The New Balance 850 has been tucked away in the Massachusetts-based footwear brand’s vaults until a run of high-profile collaborations unearthed the shoe at the tail end of 2019 and early 2020. Here, No Vacancy Inn adds its understated touch to the shoe by placing supple grey suede overlays across the mudguard and eyelets. A navy mesh base features an overlapping tonal leather design while bold red cotton laces and embroidered “NB” branding on the heel adds a touch of pop to the muted color scheme.
